Where it all started · The '90s

The Yellow S10

Before the turbo LS. Before the frame-off K20s. Before Sixty8 was a name on a shop wall, there was a yellow S10. This is the truck that started everything.

Dave built it coming up in the '90s mini-truckin' scene, bagged, body-dropped and dragging frame at every show. It's where he learned to weld, fab and finish by doing it: figuring out what worked, cutting up what didn't, and chasing that perfect laid-out-on-the-ground stance.

Every clean weld and bagged chassis that rolls out of the shop today traces back to this little yellow truck and a kid who couldn't leave anything stock.
