The backbone
The Fab Shop
Sixty8 Industries was built on fabrication. Anyone can bolt on parts — Dave makes the parts that don't exist yet. Chassis, sheet metal, brackets and one-off metal work, all done in-house and welded clean.
Capabilities
If it can be cut, bent or welded —
Bagged Chassis & Air-Ride
Full air suspension setups — bags, brackets, plumbing and management. Laid-out stance that still drives.
Frame Notching
C-notches and step notches for clearance and lay, engineered and welded to keep the chassis strong.
Custom Crossmembers
Bolt-in and weld-in crossmembers for drivetrain swaps, transmissions and suspension mounts.
Roll Pans & Bodywork
Smooth roll pans, shaved handles, filled seams — clean sheet metal that looks factory-never-was.
Mounts & Brackets
One-off brackets, tabs and mounts for anything that needs to bolt where nothing did before.
TIG / MIG Welding
Clean, strong welds on mild steel, stainless and aluminum. The kind of beads you leave on show.
Metal work
Detail shots
Fab photos drop in here — welds, notches, brackets and in-progress chassis work.

How it works
From vision to driveway
Consult
Tell us the vision — daily driver, show truck, or full send. We talk goals, budget and timeline.
Design & Mock-Up
Measure, mock and fabricate. Every mount and notch is planned before a single final weld.
Fabricate
The metal work — chassis, sheet metal, brackets — built by hand, in-house, to last.
Finish
Paint, patina, assembly and the details. Rolled out ready to drive, not just to photograph.
